LBE-1322 Fast Risetime Variable Frequency Pulser

Fast 30ps rise time pulse generator with variable frequency output and external sync

This device generates pulses with extremely fast rise and fall times - 30±2 picoseconds.

It is used for:

• testing lab instruments and probes frequency bandwidth and risetime
• time domain reflectometry - TDR
• generating wide spectral contents signal with harmonics extending into tens of GHz

Features of the pulser:

• Variable frequency output from 30kHz to 300MHz with 50% duty ratio and 1Hz resolution.
• Rise time and fall time of 30ps.
• Output signal amplitude 50mVpp to 1.2Vpp (set via USB.)  DC coupled, negative going.
• Trigger output with 1.5Vpp amplitude into 50R load.  AC coupled
• Synchronisation input for external reference from 1MHz to 250MHz, 3.3V max. AC Coupled.
• Pulse output connector: high speed SMA (BNC adaptor is included.)
• USB powered - requires 200mA at 5V.  Can be used with USB charger or powerbank.
• Each device is individually tested for rise/fall times.

Supplied with USB-A to USB-C cable, high quality SMA plug-to-plug adaptor, and BNC adaptor (DC-18GHz.)

Every pulser is tested and supplied with a test report.
